Order Status:

You will receive a shipping update from Enabl Life via WhatsApp/E-mail, you can also track the status of your order on our website.

Shipping Charges:

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Change/Edit Personal Details After Order Confirmation:
Post order confirmation address change is not possible.

Placing Order:

Select your product in the required color and size and add to bag, then proceed to payment.

Exchange/Refund Request:
We have an easy and hassle-free return policy within 7 days of delivery. You can place your exchange/refund request under my orders.

Exchange/Refund Policy:

You can exchange your product within 7 days of delivery. We offer an easy exchange for sizes & colors in the same product category or a refund to your source of payment.

Note: The customer will be charged a restocking fee of Rs.100/- per pick-up.  

Exchange/Refund Status:
Once you place an exchange/refund request on the website, we will have the order picked up. After the package reaches our warehouse, we will have your replaced item shipped over to you in 1-2 business days.

In case of a return, your refund will be initiated once the product has reached and been validated by our warehouse team; post which refund will be credited to your source account within 5-7 days. 

Returning of wrong product:

Remember to act promptly and communicate clearly to our customer support team via

E-mail/WhatsApp to increase the chances of rectifying the error. Keep records of your communication for reference if needed. If you have concerns or questions, do not hesitate to reach out to our customer support team for further clarification and guidance.

Order Cancellation:
You can only cancel the order upto the time it is in the Ready to Ship status.

Refund In-case of Cancelled Orders by Customer:

Once the order is cancelled, we will refund the amount back to your source account within 5-7 working days.

Order Cancellation (In-Transit Orders):

Once the order is in transit, cancellation from our end will not be possible.

Payment Failure/Incomplete Payment:

In case of payment failure, you will be prompted to re-initiate payment. In case of any deductions that are not reflected the amount will be auto credited to your source account. For further queries, you can get in touch with our customer support team via WhatsApp/E-mail.

Payment Options:
We have only prepaid options available at the moment. 

Payment Confirmation:
