- Unsatisfactory Non-personalized Items: If you are not satisfied with a non-personalized item, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

2. Personalized Items:

- Customized or Personalized Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for personalized or customized items unless they are defective or damaged. Please double-check all personalization details before completing your order.

3. Return Procedure:
To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:

- Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our Customer Service team via email at info@enabllife.com or through our online contact form. Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.

- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s).

- Packaging: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging (if available) and include the RA number on the package.

- Shipping: Our courier partner will pick up the return package once you request a return that is approved by us. 

4. Refund Process:

- Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to inspect the item(s) and process the refund or exchange.

- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Additional Information:

- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

- Restocking Fee: Restocking fee for Rs. 100 + GST will be applicable in every order. This fee will be communicated to you during the return authorization process.
